Juniors make history by winning the the Junior Zone for the 4th time |

Oriel Zone created history on Saturday the 30th of January when they won the Junior Zone title for the 4th time. They also created another bit of history that will be very difficult to replicate. They went through the whole competition without losing a single mat. It was incredible.

After all the qualifying nights held before Christmas, the finals of the Stonebridge National Finals for Oriel were held in Kilcurry on Friday the 15th of February. If the qualfying nights were anything to go by we were in for a special nights bowling. The question was who was brave enough to reach Ballymoney.

The draw has now been made for the Zone singles. The draw and the times are now available. It all kicks off this Sunday at 5pm in the Phoenix center in Carrickmacross. Apologies over the heat the last day but I promise it will be much better next week.
