Michael Hand has now been confirmed as the fourth member of Kevin Conroy’s rink to represent Ireland at the World Championships. With his club mate Jim Fox going in the singles a place became available in Kevin’s rink.

 

After his narrow defeat to Jim Fox in the singles, Jim had the option of entering the singles or rinks. His decision was the singles and Kevin's rink decided they would like Michael Hand to play with them. The World Championships will take place in Ballymoney beginning on Friday the 23rd of March. Keep a close eye on here later on as more info on the hotels will follow.

 

One things for certain with Kevin Conroy, Billy Taaffe, Fra Dillon and Michael Hand representing Ireland in the Rinks, John Murnaghan, Paddy Hanlon and Gerry McCabe representing Ireland in the trips and Jim Fox representing Ireland in the Singles, there will be a massive support from Oriel.
