Unfortunately Oriel has lost another character today in Patsy Martin from Carrickmacross. Patsy loved his bowls and was part of the 2002 National winning triple with Diarmuid and Brendan McMahon.

Although over the last few years his health has deteriated he will still be missed on the bowling circuit.He is the only person that I know of that his only tournamnet win was a antional title.

Funeral arrangements: He is going to the Carrickmacross Chapel tonight for a wake at 6.30pm and the funeral is Tuesday Morning at 11.30
