After all the qualifying nights we where down to the finals. There were many fascinating matches to look forward to and the spectators in attendance did not go home dissappointed

Michael Hand played fantastic bowls throughout never giving Brendan McCabe a chance winning with 2 ends to go. Would Brendan have better look in the rinks?

Fra Dillon had a close contest with the current Champion of Champions holder Jim Fox and was only able to pull away in the last 2 ends. Great game to watch. Good start for Fra who was hoping to win the rinks and trips also.

Pauls victory was comfortable in the end over Sean Trainor wining with a couple of ends to spare. Was this to be the hatrick of wins Paul was looking for or would and could Sean make up for this defeat in the rinks?

Paul was unable to replicate his singles victory as Stephen and John came out victorious in this contest. The Carrick pair always had control of the game and was 4 up playing the last end.

This was arguably the closest game of the night. Kevin took an early lead but Brendan fought back and playing the last end the scores were tied at 6-6. Brendan fired with his last bowl to possibly lie shot. Fra and Jimmy both beleaved the Carrick trip held but Kevin and Billy were adamant it was theirs and Kevin called a tape and didnt deliver his last bowl.

The Mackin family were always in control of this match and never looked like losing, winning with an end to go. Paul had to settle for 1/3 but Philip could still manage 3/3 with the Jior singles and pairs to come

What looked like a very even tie on paper turned out to be a runaway victory for the Redeemer four. Fra was still on for 3/3 |

This was arguably the game of the night. Going into the last end the Cullyhaana rink was 3 shots to the good and it took an incredible bowl of Gary Mackin to claim victory. Fra in the end had to settle for 2/3

This was match was close the whole way. Emma Colgan was 6-4 up with 2 ends to go against the dangerous Carol McMahon and managed to pick up to 2. In the last end victory was never in danger. Great achievement for a person who was out of the game for almost 10 years

This was a really close tie and only for some brilliance by Patricia Hanlon the match could have been lost. Could they now do the double?

This was match was very one sided from start to finish. Patrica was always in control and won with an end to spare. A remarkable double for the Cooley Pair and special mention must go to young Shauna Hanlon who played fantastic lead bowls and qualified for the first time ever

For the first time in many years none of the Hands contested the Junior Singles. This time it was between the Cullyhaana pair of Philip and Calum. Philip raced into an early lead and while Calum fought back the lead was to great an Philp progressed. Can he now follow in the brothers footsteps and win in Ballymoney?

This was one of the toughest to call and in the end it took an extra end to seperate the pair. Philip has now won 3/3 and has a chance to emulate Nialls success from last year, in winning both the Juniors Singles and Pairs
